Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed within 14 to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In the unlikely event of a delay, you will be notified via email.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery once your order has been shipped, unless you opt for expedited shipping (see below). 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Flat Rate Shipping: Most orders will ship via Fedex Ground.  We have a tiered flat rate shipping policy for all domestic US orders (not including Alaska or Hawaii) that will be charged as: 

  • Orders under $500.00 will be charge a flat fate of $49.00
  • Orders ranging from $500.00-$999.99 will be charged a flat rate fee of $99.00
  • Orders over $1,000 will be charged a flat rate fee of $199.00
  • Orders to Alaska or Hawaii will have an additional surcharge added once the order is placed. 

Expedited Shipping: If you would like to upgrade your shipping speed, please contact us upon completion of your purchase.  Additional shipping fees may apply.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping on a case by case basis.

Once you place your order we will contact you and make arrangements for shipping to your country as well as go over shipping options that are available.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Duobed is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@duobed.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping charges. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@duobed.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis to work towards a satisfactory solution.
